Against all odds, God led Esther to Los Angeles to serve at Antioch Mission Church, where Tim had been led to receive evangelism training. In the beginning, they didn’t even like each other! But one thing that kept bringing them together was always their love for the gospel and their love for raising the youth in the church. And there it all began — just as God told Abraham to leave everything he ever knew, soon, God would tell Tim and Esther to do the same…
As Tim and Esther answered the call to serve the church and the kingdom of God, more and more, they found themselves seeing each other almost every day, sometimes lingering together for hours after zoom Bible studies or going out on dates that weren’t dates. God opened their spiritual eyes, and they began to see qualities in each other that they didn’t see before, like Esther’s pure heart for the gospel and Tim’s passion for discipleship…
Led by God to go together in oneness, embarking on a new mission together like Abraham did, Tim and Esther set out, excited to see where God will take them, because they live by faith in only Christ Who lives in them to fulfill the covenant.
